Connecting MinistryFlow
Connecting your MinistryFlow account allows the system to create and update contacts, apply tags, manage pipeline opportunities, and send invoices on your behalf.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- A MinistryFlow account (your church’s CRM account)
- Administrator access in MinistryFlow settings
- Open your MinistryFlow settings and navigate to the Integrations page.
- Switch to the MinistryFlow tab and click Connect.
- You will be redirected to authorize MinistryFlow’s integration. Review the requested permissions and click Allow.
- You will be redirected back to the Integrations page. The MinistryFlow card should now show a “Connected” status along with your location ID.
What happens after connecting
Section titled “What happens after connecting”With your MinistryFlow account connected, the system can:
- Create and update contacts in your MinistryFlow account
- Apply tags to contacts (used by list sync and CalendarPay)
- Create and manage opportunities in your pipelines (used by workflow sync)
- Create and send invoices (used by CalendarPay)
Both connections required
Section titled “Both connections required”Most MinistryFlow features require both Planning Center and MinistryFlow to be connected:

Once both are connected, you can configure your sync settings and start enabling features.
Disconnecting
Section titled “Disconnecting”Click Disconnect on the MinistryFlow card to revoke access. Previously synced data will remain in both systems, but no new syncing will occur.
