This ensures you can take full advantage of your platform’s voice features without changing your existing number on websites, business cards, or directories.

Once call forwarding is set up, all or missed calls made to your personal phone are redirected to your phone number. From there, calls are handled using the platform’s Voice AI tools.

  1. Forward All Calls: Dial *72 + your number (e.g., *72 555-555-5555).
  2. Forward Missed/Busy Calls: Dial *71 + your number.
  3. Press Call and wait for the confirmation tone.
  4. To deactivate: Dial *73.

  3. Wait for the confirmation tone.
  4. To deactivate: Dial #21#.

  2. Enter your number.

  3. Press Call.
  4. To deactivate: Dial ##21# or ##61#.

If your carrier isn’t listed:

  • All Calls: Dial *72 + your number, wait for confirmation.
  • Missed Calls: Dial *92 + your number.
  • To deactivate: Dial *73 (All) or *93 (Missed).

Question: Will callers know their call is being forwarded? Answer: No, forwarding happens in the background. Callers will not be notified.
