How to Change Unsubscribe Settings in Mailgun

You may want to update the unsubscribe settings in your Mailgun account, so follow these easy steps to turn the Unsubscribe feature on or off.

Step 1: Log in to your Mailgun account.

Step 2: Navigate to the dashboard on the lefthand side. Click Sending.

Step 3: Within the sub-menu, select Domain Settings. Here you can select from a drop-down list of your domain(s).

Step 4: Scroll down and next to “Unsubscribe” click Edit. You can then toggle on or off the Unsubscribe feature.

Step 5: Click Save to confirm your changes.
