In an appointment reminder, you may want to include the “Add to Google Calendar” or “Add to iCal/Outlook” option to make it easy for your customers to add the event to their calendars. This can be done in a few easy steps through the Custom Values in the template/snippet builder.

Step 1: Access the Message Templates (Snippets)
